Scope, responsibilities, and communication

Informational scope. Content on this website describes investment advisory services, consultation arrangements, and client support processes for general information only. Kalpis Enterprise does not offer guaranteed returns or risk-free investing, and no content should be read as a pressure to act now. Client and advisor obligations. Clients agree to provide accurate information needed for personalized guidance and to tell Kalpis Enterprise promptly of material changes to their circumstances. Advisors agree to act with reasonable care, communicate the scope of each engagement clearly, and explain recommendations in plain terms.

Communication permissions. Advice by phone, SMS, or WhatsApp is provided only where the client has given prior, explicit permission. Permission may be withdrawn at any time by written notice, after which communication returns to the channels agreed in the engagement. Liability and disputes. Kalpis Enterprise is not liable for losses arising from market movements or from decisions taken without regard to the advice given. Concerns should first be raised in writing with Kalpis Enterprise; the parties will seek to resolve disputes amicably before any other recourse.
